What We Believe
1. THE HOLY BIBLE:
The Holy Bible, inspired by God and written by divinely guided men, is the perfect revelation of God's will and plan for humanity. It is the basis of the church's beliefs and practices.
2. ONE TRUE GOD:
There is one living and true God, manifested in three forms: Father (Creator), Son (Redeemer), and Holy Ghost (Comforter and Sustainer).
3. JESUS AS THE GOD-MAN:
Jesus Christ is both the Son of God and the Son of Man, the Savior of the world. He was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, and is the perfect embodiment of God.
4. SALVATION:
Salvation is a gift of grace through the atoning death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. It is received by faith, which leads to obedience to the Gospel.
5. BAPTISM:
Baptism by water and spirit is essential for salvation and the forgiveness of sins. It should be by immersion, following the example of Jesus and the apostles.
6. THE HOLY SPIRIT:
The baptism of the Holy Ghost is necessary to be part of the body of Christ. Speaking in tongues is seen as the initial evidence of receiving the Holy Ghost.
7. LIFESTYLE:
The church believes in a life of holiness, humility, consecration, and godliness as God's standard for His people.
