The Virginia State Council is the 28th Episcopal District of the Pentecostal Assemblies of the World, Inc. (PAW) Under the leadership of our Diocesan, Bishop Robert A. Baker, Sr. and our Chairman, Suffragan Bishop Joseph Farmer, the VSC maintains the following goals: To exalt the Lord Jesus Christ to all; To empower believers to grow holistically through strong biblical teaching and preaching; To foster the proper application of biblical principles; And to encourage all believers to live and walk in love, righteousness, and holiness.
